Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the director in managing all store sections to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor product displays and merchandising to drive results.
• Carry out product analysis on shortages, competition and trends to guide actions.
• Perform commercial analyses (Retail, Business Map, product reports) to improve sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication with central and country sales teams.
• Oversee stock management and merchandise flow in line with Commercial Manager criteria.
• Plan and organize people and processes to achieve productivity.
• Ensure store devices and technology enable a good shopping experience.
• Support omnichannel processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC) compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new projects and updates.
• Coordinate action plans to minimize shrinkage.
