Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory retail role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture; coach on best practices.
• Schedule planning and adjustments in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs; meet sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store operations per policy.
