Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps.
• Manage staffing, opening/closing, and shift coverage.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and shrink to identify trends.
• Ensure in-stock targets and proper merchandising presentation.
