Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and procedures.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations including percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing and staff development.
• Compliance with cash security policies and store safety.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel staff.
