Job summary

Frazier Farms Market is launching a Manager-in-Training (MIT) program to develop the next generation of store leaders. Participants will rotate through 11 departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and customer service.

Upon completion, graduates may be considered for roles such as Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager. Promotions are not guaranteed, and program length depends on progress and business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail, grocery, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership potential and readiness for management roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, self-motivated, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to train in multiple store locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 11 departments to learn operations, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Learn day-to-day operations and assist department managers and store leaders.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and leadership development.
• Provide outstanding customer service and model company values.
• Complete projects, training checklists, and performance reviews throughout the program.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across departments.
