MOM's Organic Market is offering a Manager-in-Training (MIT) program to build our next generation of store leaders. The program emphasizes leadership development, an Individual Development Plan, and regular coaching to prepare you for higher responsibility.

Participants will work in multiple MOM's stores, typically two, with a target of strong scheduling and ordering skills, and a clear growth path to Department Manager or Assistant General Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership capabilities through an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with regular progress check-ins.
• Work across multiple MOM's stores to gain experience with varying management styles.
• Contribute to store environment and customer experience under MOM's MIT program.
