Job summary

MOM's Organic Market in Frederick, MD is offering a Manager in Training (MIT) opportunity to become a future store leader. The MIT program provides structured training with feedback and coaching to develop leadership skills and influence store culture.

Participants will rotate through at least two MOM's stores, gain experience with varying sales volumes, and learn scheduling, ordering, and people management. The program culminates in a Department Manager or Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work across multiple MOM's stores to gain experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in MOM's MIT leadership program with structured development.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with regular progress check-ins.
• Grow into store leadership roles such as Department Manager or Assistant General Manager.
