Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide proper training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel staff, up to termination.
• Ensure store is appropriately staffed and opened/closed each day; perform opening/closing duties as required.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends, profitability, and inventory issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; ensure customer service leadership and safety.
