Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, oversee inventory, and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will focus on hiring, coaching, performance reviews, safety, and policy compliance while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for rural communities.

You will oversee displays, stock replenishment, and training, working with the Store Manager and cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop associates.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a 50-hour week, including nights and weekends.
• Must meet federal requirements to obtain a Federal Firearms License (FFL).

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, leadership, and customer engagement.
