Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Coach and develop Store staff and leads.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales and store performance through training and feedback.
• Manage inventory, shipments, and shrinkage with LP team.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Handle cash and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
