Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship in the San Antonio area. This paid 40 hr/week internship develops you for a store leadership role while you lead teammates, deliver guest service, and learn how to drive store priorities.

You will mentor under an Executive Team Leader and gain hands-on experience across store operations, guest engagement, and performance feedback, with a focus on leadership growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a retail setting is desirable.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve store priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading amongst the team to deliver store priorities and guest service.
• Plan daily goals and organize plans within the building.
• Lead daily huddles with peer leadership team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Create a welcoming, safe environment for guests and coworkers.
