Meijer Inc. offers an 11-week Store Leadership Internship designed to challenge interns with real projects that impact the business. Interns gain diverse personal and professional development opportunities, interacting with other interns and Meijer senior leaders.

The program includes challenging projects, final presentations to executives, an executive speaker series, leadership development, networking events, and an intern roadshow highlighting key business areas.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends.
• Interest in pursuing a store leadership career.
• Past leadership experiences in work or activities are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support department in achieving sales and customer service goals.
• Contribute to a positive store image through courteous service.
• Mentor and coach teammates to ensure onboarding and training completion.
• Assist with daily operations to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Promote a safe and engaging work environment.
