Target’s Stores Executive Internship offers a paid 40 hr/week experience designed to develop leadership skills for future store leaders. You'll work closely with an Executive Team Lead mentor, lead team members on daily priorities, and gain exposure to multiple areas of store operations with a focus on guest experience.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, possess strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Interest in retail leadership track and ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to participate in internship with hands-on leadership training.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead store sales floor and backroom teams on daily priorities.
• Collaborate with ETL mentor to understand leadership roles.
• Lead daily priorities and stock shelves while maintaining guest experience.
• Provide performance feedback and support team development.
• Participate in internship trainings and development activities.
