Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Retail experience preferred
• Willing to work flexible shifts including some nights/weekends
• Strong leadership potential and drive for results

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are met
• Implement strategies to improve customer service and store performance
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure reliable attendance
• Promote Meijer standards and brand image through courteous service
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
