Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Past leadership responsibilities in activities strongly preferred.
• Passion for retail and a desire to enter a career in store leadership.
• Drive for results and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, directs and supervises team members in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure strong customer service, merchandising and store appearance.
• Support departments in achieving sales and controlling shrink.
• Promote safety and maintain reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
