The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to lead store operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, and oversee daily operations while upholding company standards and DE&I initiatives. This role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; tech-savvy with basic software proficiency.
