• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English desirable.
• Previous automotive retail or financials (P&L) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Deliver WOW! Customer Service and resolve customer concerns.
