Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Scottsdale, AZ store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales through customer service excellence and in-store styling expertise, and lead a team to deliver a premium shopping experience.

You’ll open/close routines, supervise the salesfloor, manage payroll, train staff, and maintain product knowledge and visual merchandising aligned with brand standards. This role emphasizes internal growth and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage daily operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff to meet performance standards.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through styling and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays and manage inventory control.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decisions and protect store assets.
