You will recruit, train, and engage the team, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure brand standards are consistently met while embodying the company's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team building and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines for daily operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management tasks.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain clear visual displays and merchandising.
• Analyze store reports to inform decision making and actions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/point-of-sale systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
