Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Stores' Operations leader to oversee all aspects of store performance, staff development, and expense control.

You will recruit, train and guide the leadership team to achieve sales and profit targets while keeping a friendly, easy-to-shop environment for customers. Responsibilities include supervision of the store team, adherence to company practices, loss prevention, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity.
• Analyzes store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensures scheduling aligns with business objectives.
• Maintains compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Represents the Ross brand and maintains a clean, easy to shop environment.
