Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all store operations, from merchandising to customer service and loss prevention. You will recruit, train and develop the leadership team to deliver strong sales while maintaining an inviting, easy-to-shop environment.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling and compliance with company procedures, ensuring staff delivers excellent service and executes company standards across stockroom, front end and sales floor.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop Associates; manage operations across stockroom, front end and sales floor.
