Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest experience.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and ensure execution of store standards.
• Support the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
