Job summary

Panda Express in Texas is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing development to help you grow into management positions within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store team members.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
