Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards
• Lead and mentor team through an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing development
• Ensure consistent food safety, quality, and service standards and resolve conflicts/difficult situations
