Qualifications

Responsibilities

Build foundational skills to serve customers and lead a team.
Coach and develop a team of 10–20 associates.
Drive sales and profitability by hiring and developing talent and managing store operations.
Analyze business trends and partner with your team to drive sales growth.
Lead merchandising initiatives and ensure promotional execution.
Manage store administrative functions and HR processes.
