Qualifications

• Heavy lifting and constant movement are part of store duties (up to 30 lbs).
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational skills to serve customers, lead a team, and drive sales.
• Coach and develop a team of 10-20 associates.
• Drive sales and profit by hiring and developing talent and managing store operations.
• Lead merchandise movement, visual execution, and promotional planning.
• Analyze business trends and partner with your team to drive growth.
