Macy’s Paramus is offering the 2026 Store Management Executive Development Program to fast-track emerging leaders through rotational assignments across sales, operations, and administration, preparing them to become store managers in a Fortune 500 environment.

Participants gain hands-on coaching experience with 10–20 associates, lead merchandising initiatives, analyze trends, and collaborate with business partners to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Willingness to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activities.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10–20 associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive store sales by implementing merchandising strategies and coaching staff.
• Oversee daily store operations, HR/talent activities, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends and drive business growth.
