Walmart in Kennett Square, PA seeks a store leadership professional to guide teams, manage daily operations, and drive sales while upholding the One Best Way service model. Qualifications

Two years of college, or one year’s retail experience and one year’s supervisory experience, or two years’ general work experience and one year’s supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership preferred; supervisory and leadership experience valued.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams, provide training, and set clear expectations.
Drive store performance by managing budgeting, forecasting, and expenses while ensuring sales goals are met.
Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging.
Coordinate store operations, merchandising, and inventory flow; implement process improvements.
