Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervision; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms,CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attending and completing all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and change leadership across store operations.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and implement community engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales goals.
