Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR one year retail and one year supervisory experience; OR two years general work experience and one year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Possession of required trainings and assessments as noted in the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, assign duties and recognize performance.
• Promote belonging, set clear expectations, and develop staffing to meet store needs.
• Lead teams, tour stores, coach through feedback, and implement business solutions.
• Drive store sales, manage budgets, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
