Walmart Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional in Front Royal, VA to lead and develop teams, drive store performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, feedback, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

You will manage operations, governance, and community outreach while promoting a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. Strong supervisory experience and retail background are required, with focus on EDLP/EDLC business

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Tour stores, observe operations, and provide feedback.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels on store operations and initiatives.
• Introduce and lead company change efforts and implement business solutions.
• Model exceptional customer service and uphold the One Best Way service model.
• Manage customer service initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Develop action plans to correct deficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring and recognition.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders and measure progress toward goals.
