Walmart in Hanover, MD is seeking a store leadership professional to supervise and develop hourly associates, hire and train staff, and implement company change initiatives while maintaining strong customer service standards.

The role oversees budgeting, merchandising, and operations to drive sales, reduce shrink, and meet profit goals across the designated store area. It emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering the One Best Way through OBW across associates.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates are required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by managing budgeting, forecasts, and expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and OBW model are applied in daily operations.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store presentation to meet sales goals.
• Support and mentor hourly associates, hiring and training as needed.
• Promote a culture of belonging and integrity aligned with Walmart values.
