Job summary

Walmart in Dublin, OH seeks an experienced store leader to drive results through people, processes and customer service. You will supervise and develop hourly associates, manage operations, and lead change efforts to meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will analyze performance data, partner with leadership, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering a belonging culture and everyday low prices for customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback, communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and company direction.
• Manage and support customer service initiatives and ensure a high quality customer experience following the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize performance, and promote belonging in the workplace.
