Qualifications

• 2 years’ college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams; train and provide feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales and manage budgeting, forecasting and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues, maintaining One Best Way service.
• Coordinate daily store operations and staffing and promote a culture of belonging.
