Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead and develop store teams, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage operations, budgeting, merchandising, and community engagement while modeling Walmart's values and OBW service standards.

You will oversee hiring, training and performance management for hourly associates, promote a belonging culture, and implement action plans to improve processes and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two years’ college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC/background checks may apply and training requirements may be in effect.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; providing feedback and guiding operations to align with store directions.
• Drives store financial performance by monitoring budgets, stocking, merchandising and customer service initiatives; leading changes to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Ensures policy compliance, Open Door guidance, and fosters a culture of belonging and integrity across the store.
