Job summary

Walmart in the United States seeks a leadershiop role to develop teams, teach training, and actively listen to associates. The incumbent will tour the store, provide feedback, and drive transformation initiatives across operations, merchandising, and technology, while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include budget and profit/loss oversight, inventory control, and ensuring automation systems run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).
• Experience in managing 24-hour operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively leads and develops teams through teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
• Tours the store, provides feedback, and collaborates with associates at all levels on operations and direction.
• Develops and implements corrective action plans and leads continuous improvement for customer experience.
