Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and training may be required; attendance of trainings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service per One Best Way standards and manage customer initiatives.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales targets.
