Job summary

You will lead operational initiatives, manage budgets and inventory, and implement merchandising strategies to meet sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates to improve store operations.
Models exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way service model.
Oversees budgeting, forecasting and expense control to drive store profitability and implement merchandising and inventory processes.
Develops action plans to reduce shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
