Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of firearms CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Preferred: Live Better U and Bellevue University certificates in People and Business Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, listening and feedback to associates.
• Drive store finances by managing budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure customer service standards through OBW model and community initiatives.
