Walmart is seeking a store leadership candidate to supervise and develop hourly associates at the Stratford, CT location. You will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, recognize performance, and promote a culture of belonging while driving store operations and customer service excellence.

This role focuses on leading teams, implementing company standards, and delivering strong results. The position includes opportunities for growth and access to Walmart benefits and education programs.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of college completed.
1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
Certification of Eligibility may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
Set clear expectations and recognize associates to promote belonging.
Lead store operations, drive customer service and execution of business initiatives.
Monitor and improve processes to ensure budget and sales goals are met.
