• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Drive store performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and store ops.
• Uphold customer service standards and resolve issues using the One Best Way service model.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; set expectations and recognize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.
