Qualifications
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Bachelor degree preferred—Live Better U pathway with Bellevue University mentioned.
- Associate training and development, leadership and performance management expectations.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
- Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Provides supervision and development for hourly staff, sets clear expectations, and promotes belonging.
- Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and Open Door Policy; drives customer service initiatives.
