Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and feedback.
• Delivers outstanding customer service and resolves issues.
• Manages store operations, inventory flow, and merchandising to meet sales goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
