Walmart is seeking a dynamic Store Leader in Wisconsin to drive customer service excellence and sales at the Wausau location. The role emphasizes teaching, feedback, and adopting the One Best Way to deliver results across store operations and community initiatives.

You will oversee budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow, and employee development while fostering a culture of belonging. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates; communicate and collaborate with all levels regarding store operations and change initiatives.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards using Walmart’s OBW service model.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to align with sales and profit goals.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, set expectations, recognize performance, and promote belonging in the workplace.
