Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent leadership development via Live Better U program.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting clear expectations and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders and ensures customer service standards are met across store operations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy, maintaining integrity and ethics in all actions.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
