• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performing performance management, mentoring, and hiring/firing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates, touring stores, and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts, and expenses against sales.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves issues to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintains compliance with policies and supports company mission and values.
