Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, tours stores and provides feedback.
• Manages store operations including customer service initiatives merchandising and community outreach while implementing business solutions.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
