Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved; provides action plans to correct deficiencies and improve processes.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and fosters belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports Walmart’s mission, ethics and Open Door Policy.
