Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring; assign duties; set clear expectations and recognize performance.
• Promote a belonging mindset and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and drive store growth.
• Lead teams, tour stores, provide feedback, and implement business solutions aligned with company direction.
