Walmart in Marion, IN is seeking a Store Leader to guide and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise hourly associates, manage budgets, and lead store initiatives aligned with company priorities. A strong emphasis is placed on training, mentorship, and creating a culture of belonging.

Qualificações

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores providing feedback and coordinating with all levels of associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and ensuring a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Ensures policies and ethics are observed through Open Door guidance and consistent execution of business processes.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and supports plans to meet customer and business needs.
